This is AWESOME.
We have a bunch of cattail pollen around our house, because we sometimes do sweatlodges and sometimes use pollen for them. When my son was little, he kept trying to eat it. Used to run around with yellow pollen smears on his face all the time.

Ha ha! Yeah, it turns out there are about eight different ways you can eat cattails, including two parts you can use for flour.
